1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold a single WinRupe account. If WinRupe identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual — using the same name, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — all such accounts may be suspended. Winnings generated from duplicate accounts may be voided, and bonus funds will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any verification codes — confidential. Do not share your login details with any other person. WinRupe will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

WinRupe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) at the value shown on screen at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• All deposits must come from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• WinRupe does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your WinRupe balance once confirmed by the payment processor — typically within seconds for mobile wallets.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that you own and that was previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in your name.
• WinRupe processes approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Mobile wallet withdrawals typically arrive within 2–4 hours.
• WinRupe reserves the right to request KYC documents before approving any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of funds derived entirely from bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be processed until requirements are fulfilled.
• Any attempt to withdraw using payment details that do not match your account registration may result in the withdrawal being declined and the account being reviewed.

4.4 Currencies

All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the WinRupe Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by winrupe. The amount you deposit is the amount that appears in your balance.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Referral Rewards

5.1 General Bonus Rules

WinRupe offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion. Failing to meet the wagering requirement before the bonus expiry date will result in the bonus balance being removed from your account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

WinRupe actively monitors bonus usage. The following behaviours are considered bonus abuse and may result in the cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome or first-deposit bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms through structured wagering patterns.
• Using bonuses on games that contribute 0% to wagering requirements in a way designed to circumvent the spirit of the offer.
• Claiming referral rewards for accounts that are not genuinely new, independent individuals.

5.4 Referral Programme

The WinRupe Refer a Friend programme allows existing players to earn cash rewards for introducing new players. Referral bonuses are credited within 24 hours of the referred friend completing a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 200. Referral rewards are only valid for genuine new accounts — attempting to generate referral income through duplicate or fake registrations will result in forfeiture of all referral bonuses and potential permanent account closure.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games available on the WinRupe Platform use either certified random number generators (RNG) or are operated through live dealer studios with physical cards and equipment. Game outcomes are determined independently of WinRupe's commercial interests. We do not manipulate results in real time. RTP (return to player) percentages are displayed within each game where applicable.

6.2 Bets Are Final

6.4 Incomplete Rounds

If a session is interrupted before a game round concludes — for example, due to a connection drop — winrupe's servers retain a record of the game state. When you reconnect, the round will be in the state it was when the disconnection occurred. WinRupe is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the WinRupe Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting any bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform's software. Any such vulnerability must be reported to WinRupe support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to conceal the origin of funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Attempting to defraud WinRupe or other players through collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated wagering.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited, and misrepresenting your location to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Using another person's account or payment method without their explicit consent.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language towards WinRupe staff or other players through any channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

11.2 Suspension by WinRupe

WinRupe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Multiple accounts have been registered by the same individual.
• The account holder is on a self-exclusion list.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to WinRupe, other players, or third parties.

In the event of account closure due to rule violations, WinRupe reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance depending on the nature of the breach. Any funds determined to have been won through fraudulent means will be forfeited.

12 Amendments to These Terms

WinRupe reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. The updated Terms will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the WinRupe Platform after any changes have been communicated constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
